As your 2026 President, I am honored to serve a network where leadership is personal, growth is intentional, and connection truly matters. We believe leadership is not one-size-fits-all, and when women are encouraged to lead as themselves, the impact is powerful and lasting.

Pat Summitt Leadership Curriculum
Pat Summitt Leadership Curriculum
The Definite Dozen is a self-paced online leadership curriculum built on the legendary principles of Coach Pat Summitt. This program focuses on the habits, mindset, communication, accountability, and consistency that define strong, respected leaders - in business and in life.
You’ll complete the curriculum on your own schedule, then come together with fellow WCR Coastal SC members for a monthly, online, facilitated discussion, led by a member of our Board.
Participants will gain:
Stronger, more confident communication skills
Tools to lead through change and challenge
A disciplined, values-based leadership framework
A Certificate of Completion from the Pat Summitt Leadership Foundation
Program Details:
12 self-paced, interactive lessons
Video content, reflection exercises, quizzes, and a workbook
Online facilitated discussion Second Tuesday of each month 8:00 AM

$500 scholarship to attend the NAR NXT Conference in 2026 or 2027!
$500 scholarship to attend the NAR NXT Conference in 2026 or 2027!
Eligibility Requirements:
Attend at least 75% of WCR events (7 events in 2026)
Serve on a WCR committee in 2026
Complete one of the following:
Secure a new Strategic Partner at any level
Recruit two new paid WCR members
Obtain one auction item for the Installation event
Choose which conference you want to attend:
November 4-9, 2026 New Orleans, LA
November 12-14, 2027 San Diego, CA
